We are pleasantly surprised by the welcoming attitude by the reception staff. We can see that the “everyone should like everyone” mentality is fully shown through their whole company. 

The hotel location is great, it is not in the busy centre but close enough to not have to travel too far for all the popular attractions. In the surroundings you have a lot of choice from different types of restaurants, you can walk to the Amstel and if you want to also walk to the Albert Cuyp market (25 minutes)

The room is very spacious and the bathroom has multiple amenities to help with accessiblity. Overall we think it’s a good room to stay at. 

Something to keep in mind: The alarm cord is not connected with the reception but instead shows a light being turned on outside the room, which is supposed to indicate that there is help needed.
